Return Policy

This page intends to serve the purpose of return of any product or software that is not able to fulfill customer requirements.

Being an IT company Ultra IT Solutions holds the right to decline the return based on services provided.

Here are list of services that Ultra IT Solutions provides which may contain return.

• Hardware Equipment
• Software
• Application Development
• Website Development.

Hardware Equipment

• Max hardware warranty is one month.
• Any hardware equipment that is provided by Ultra IT Solutions, is only be returnable while equipment is under warranty.
• Equipment can only be return in the same condition as provided by Ultra IT Solutions. Any equipment that is damaged or burned will not entitled to return and Ultra IT Solutions is liable to pay anything.
• Any equipment that is installed by Ultra IT Solutions, only can be return while equipment is not able to fulfill the requirement. Change of mind is not acceptable.
• Equipment that is asked by the client to install, and it is not serving purpose then it cannot be return.
• Other return policies will be dependent on contract.

Software

This software includes only third party software not development.

• Any software that is from third party, Ultra IT Solutions is not liable to pay their return.
• It can only be return when software is not able to provide services as committed. This does not includes the performance affected by internet facility and electricity shortfall.

Application Development

• Max support for application is one month.
• Ultra IT Solutions reserve the right to terminate the contract if client is not responding till one month and not liable to pay any money served as advance.
• Application that is developed by the Ultra IT Solutions, may only be return if does not able to serve the purpose.
• If client want to refund of application within support period or during application development phase, then Ultra IT Solution will charge all the visits that takes place during development. Time cost will be charged. Any advance that is paid will be return with 50% deduction excluding visit charges, domain charges for demo purpose.

Website Development

• Max support for website is one month.
• If client wants to cancel his contract then hosting, domain and 50% of development charges would be deducted.

Note: In any of return customer does not have right claim it to any of court.
